We are located on the first floor of the Glen D. Johnson Student

Currently, we offer the following facilities and services:
- *Cardio Equipment (treadmills, eliptical trainer, rowing machine)
- * Strength Equipment (cybex, paramount)
- * Indoor walking track
- *Racquetball Courts
- *Indoor basketball court (can be converted for volleyball and tennis)
We also have workout videos, basketballs and pool table equipment to check out for use in the facility.
Hours of Operation
The Wellness Center will recognize all University closings during the interims and summer semesters. During the interim, the Wellness Center will be open Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-7 p.m. These hours will also be repeated for the interim before the fall semester.
The walking track will be closed for most of the interim while new surfacing is placed, but patrons are welcome to walk around the basketball court on the lower level. We will alert the campus by email when this upgrade is complete so use may resume.

Thursday -11 a.m.- 7 p.m.
Please bring your I.D. and come use our weight machines, basketball court, walking track or racquetball court. You may also bring one guest over the age of 18 with a photo I.D. that is not an employee/student of the University.
