Mission Statement

Student Support Services (SSS) develops and facilitates comprehensive support services designed to improve academic performance which leads to increased retention and graduation of eligible low-income, first generation college students and students with disabilities.  We advocate for a welcoming physical and social environment which reflects the values of excellence, diversity, lifelong learning, academic integrity, and mutual respect.

SSS is 100% funded by a federal grant through the U.S. Department of Education in the amount of $345,797 annually.
