Residence Hall Association (RHA)

RHA is the RESIDENCE HALL ASSOCIATION

The RHA is a the primary student leadership organization representing resident students.  RHA works towards building better residential communities by working with administration (primarily the RHA Advisor, Jamey Keffer at jkeffer@se.edu), planning activities for resident students, advocating for resident student issues, and providing leadership opportunities for resident students. All resident students are considered members of RHA.

Some of the events that RHA sponsors include: Free T Shirts for all residents (distributed during the fall check-in process), free massages during fall check-in weekend, and Sundaes on Sunday (ice cream social during fall check-in weekend).  RHA often works with other organizations on campus to co-sponsor events aimed at resident students. The programming committee of RHA is primarily responsible for planning and implementing such events.

RHA meets every Monday night, starting at 5:30pm.  Meetings are scheduled in the GDJ Student Union building, rm #323, for the fall 2011 semester. The RHA office is located on the 3rd floor of the GDJ Student Union building, in rm. #328.
