Program Costs

The cost or the core courses (ORGL prefix) is set by the OSRHE and includes both tuition and fees.  The cost is $254.00* per semester hour for Oklahoma Residents.  For out-of-state residents, the cost is $557.00* per semester hour.  However, Southeastern has a Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Policy which may reduce your costs; please check out this policy to determine if you qualify.

All other courses completed are subject to the standard tuition and fees charged by Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  The Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Policy is applicable to these courses as well.

Adult students may qualify for numerous types of financial assistance including grants, scholarships, loans, and work-study as well as tuition reimbursement from employers.  Financial aid is available but you must apply to determine your eligibility for many types of aid.  Therefore, apply for federal financial aid by completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid. If you need assistance, please contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at Southeastern (580-745-2186).

Veterans also may qualify for additional types of financial assistance.  Please contact Southeastern‚Äôs Veterans Information Office (580-745-2918) for information regarding financial assistance that only is available to veterans.
