Voicemail Greeting Change

Log in:

  1. Dial 2300 on your telephone (the automated voice will walk you through the steps).
  2. Enter your mailbox number (your 4 digit extension)
  3. Press [#]
  4. Enter your password
  5. Press [#]

Change greetings:

  1. After you are logged in, Press [8][2]
  2. Press [3] for temporary greeting
  3. Press [5] to record
  4. Press [#] to stop record
  5. Press [2] to play greeting
  6. When you’re finished, hang up.
