Master of Education Degree Programs
The Master of Education degree has several options for those individuals who wish to further their education and/or add to their professional licensure.

- Reading Specialist – a newly designed K-12 degree that provides teachers with the ability to diagnose and remediate reading challenges in grades K-12. For additional information contact Dr. Barbara McClanahan, by phone (580) 745-5257 or via email bmcclanahan@se.edu.

- School Counseling – the M.Ed.—School Counseling is designed to prepare individuals to assume the role of professional school counselor in elementary and secondary schools. - Special Education – the M.Ed.—Special Education is a degree which will prepare teachers with advanced knowledge and skills in teaching and/or administering programs for PK-12 students with special learning needs.
