How to Enroll in a CE Class

Enroll early. Many of our programs are extremely popular with class sizes reaching maximum capacity quickly. We recommend that you register a minimum of one week before the workshop or course is scheduled to occur/begin. Some of our programs offer early bird discounts or require registration prior to a specific date.  In other instances, if everyone waits for a class to form, it may never form.  So call today!

Office Hours:

Regular Office Hours and the SE Pool follow the SE campus schedule with a few exceptions.  The CE Office and SE Pool will be closed all day each Friday during the summer, usually beginning the first Friday of June and ending the last Friday of July unless otherwise posted. Summer hours are 8am – 5pm on Monday through Thursday.  Regular hours during other seasons are Monday through Friday ,8am-5pm.

To Register For Online Classes (Ed2Go and 360 Training)

Registering for an Online class is easy.  Simply go to the Ed2Go or 360 Training website.  Select the course you wish to take and click the Next Step button (Ed2Go) or the Enroll Now button (360 Training) and complete the online registration form.  Credit cards only, please.  CE can assist you with processing the payment, if you are using Vocational Rehabilitation or other types of 3rd party payments.  The easiest is to request the 3rd party to pay for the course directly online, if possible.

To Register for a Face-2-Face (non-Online) CE Class

In Person:

You may register in Continuing Education in the SE Welcome Center, across the street from the SE main campus bookstore, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except during holidays and summer semester). Your registration form can be completed and fees paid at that time, in-person. We suggest that you complete the registration form before coming to the office, however.

By Email:

Forward the registration form or information included to continuingeducation@se.edu. Enrollment cannot be processed until full payment has been made, so please contact us with your payment information,as soon as possible, after you email the completed form. We ask that you do not include your credit card payment when emailing information. CE discourages sending credit or other payment information through email or fax.

By Regular Mail

Mail the completed registration form with the registration fees
(check, money order, credit card or purchase order) to:

By Phone:

Telephone Registration is accepted using your VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. Call 1-800-435-1327 ext. 2858 or (580) 745-2858. Continuing Education is open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

By Purchase Order:

Provide a copy of your Purchase Order along with the completed registration form by mail or by fax (580) 745-7486. We cannot accept purchase orders for online courses.

Cancellations

Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, change instructors, or otherwise alter the schedule when necessary.

Refunds

Generally, refunds will be made, less a $15.00 administrative fee per person per course, if the request is made 24 hours prior to the first scheduled class meeting. No refunds will be made after the beginning of a class. Should Continuing Education cancel a program, a full refund will be made. Certain classes have specified refund policies. Inquire at our office for more details.  Refunds or credits are NOT given for individual classes, including aquatics and related classes, that are cancelled due to weather or issues not under the control of CE.
